Sunday October 23, 2011

Tried for perch in the afternoon, nothing. Then tried for walleyes at night, nothing.

Sunday June 26, 2011

Fished out of Edgewater. Started around 10:30 am where we left off on 60 fow. Some marks but no
fish. Went East, West, North, South and only managed on walleye. Went scouting and around
3:00pm ended up five miles off the Canadian boarder. Hooked five eyes right away then it was pick
here and there till about 7:00pm. Boated another 15 walleyes and one steelies. Dropped another
eight eyes and landed 999 sheeps.

Tuesday June 21, 2011

Fished out of Edgewater. Set up in 58 fow. Vince reeled in his very first walleye right off the bet,
unfortunately it was just shy of 10 lbs but we got it on tape. 3 oz weight 125' off the boards. Went dry
for a while, then it turned on when we got into 62 to 65 fow. ReefRunners, in blue colors and Pink
Lemonade. And harnesses behind 3 oz
Redneck weights. Right after 3:00pm when we got started
everything worked 120' to 150' back, later 75' to 90', and we ended catching them at the end 50' off
the bords. winds E-NE mild. Surface Temp 70.6 deg. in 58 to 61 fow and 69 deg. in 65 fow. Speed
1.8 to 2.4 against the winds, 2.7 to 3.0 with the wind. Quit around 6:30pm with 14 real nice fish
(couple well over 10 lbs) in the box and of course we lost the BIG ONE.

Sunday June 19, 2011

Cleveland again, 57 to 62 FOW. Used the big boards this time. The bite was consistent but not fast.
ReefRunners 125' back. 40-Jets with willows 50' to 70' back. 3 oz harnesses with
Redneck weights
50' to 70' back. 2.0 mph. Caught trolling with and against the 4 foot waves. WST 67.7 deg. ENE
winds 5 to 8 mph. Had to cut the trip short but boated 12 walleyes and lost a couple more.

Saturday June 18, 2011

Fished in 57 to 62 FOW. Slow picking. Harnesses with 2 & 3 oz Redneck weights 70' to 90' of in-line
boards. Changed speeds from 1.6 mph to 2.4 mph. Fish came at all speeds but it was slow picking
overall. Took 12 walleyes and had several short strikes.

Thursday  June 16, 2011

Fished Cleveland. Started in 40 FOW. Hooked a few walleyes, but major issue with junk fish. Moved
deep in 57 FOW. Managed to boat 10 eyes and had several come undone. Harnesses with 3 oz
Redneck  weights 125' off the big boards worked the best.

Wednesday June 15, 2011

Fished Cleveland 34 to 37 FOW. Harnesses with 3 oz. Redneck weights 125' off the bog boards.
Speed around 2 mph.

Sunday June 12, 2011

Fished same area. The spoons brought in many sheeps. Switched to weights and harnesses and
started pulling in the eyes. Waves were 2-5 feet so we can only troll one way. 75' to 125' off the big
boards with 3 oz
Redneck weights. 100-125 feet back worked better. 1.7 to 2'1 mph GPS. Only
switch to harnesses in the couple of hours, only boated 9 ( half of the hook ups), but standing up was
more of a priority, lol. The schools are getting quite large, but do change up presentations. They
seam to switch from spoons, to cranks, to harnesses on a dime.

Saturday June 11, 2011

The walleyes are schooling up 52 to 60 fow in front of Cleveland. Fished from 10:00 am to 3:00pm.
Hooked over 30 and landed 19. Jet 40 with Stingers, 60' to 80' off the big boards. When the bite
slowed down we hooked some 100'  to 125' back. 2.4 to 2.8 mph GPS.

Sunday June 05, 2011

Fished out of Edgewater, good marks of bait and bigger fish in 47 fow, but we only picked them up in
53 to 57 fow. Harnesses were hard to fish due to junk fish and some big sheeps. Went 6 for 9 in 6
hrs of fishing. 40 jets with spoons on 30/10 braid 75' off thew big boards went 3 for 5. ReefRunners
on 12 lbs mono, 125' off the big boards went 2 for 2. Down Rigger with SD perch Excalibur went 1
for 2. Se fished roughly about 20'down though the marks were all over when the were. Speed 2.0-2.4

Thursday May 05, 2011

Fished E 72nd from 8:00pm to midnight. Same lures worked but we had to slow it down to 1 mph to
get them going. Had a nice flurry of 5 fish in 10 minutes and we ended up with nine all together. 20' to
